Finding a Job
We offer services to help individuals find a job that fits their skills and needs. The Employment Center is a place where you can:
- Get one-on-one help with your job search.
- Attend a series of five rotating 1-hour Employment Skills classes that will teach you basic job search skills.
- Join an online support group for people looking for a job at LDSjobs.org.
Employment Skills
The Employment Skills class is made up of five 60-minute sessions. One will take place each week on a rotating basis. The classes are:
- Resume and written materials
- Presenting yourself
- Interviewing
- Networking
- Using LDSJobs.org
We recommend attending all five classes in the rotating schedule. There is valuable information in each class that could help you in your job search!
